Power shutdown from September 26th at 22:00hrs until September 27th at 6:00hrs, 2024
Dear Valued Guest,
Please be informed about an upcoming power shutdown scheduled for the night of September 26th, 2024, at Orchard Grand Court.
The power shutdown will take place from September 26th at 22:00hrs until September 27th at 06:00hrs.
This is necessary for our maintenance team to conduct essential work on the Electrical Emergency Main Switchboard (EMSB) at our property.
During the power shutdown, guest rooms, corridors, air conditioning, and hot water supply will be temporarily unavailable. The emergency lifts and lighting, as well as exit lights in guest rooms and corridors, will remain operational.
Please be assured that your safety and security are our top priorities. Our staff and security personnel will be available to assist you during this time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will do our best to minimize the length of the disruption.

Swimming Pool Closure Notice (1st November to 22nd November 2024)
Dear Valued Guest,
In line with our commitment to maintaining and enhancing our facilities, we wish to inform you that our swimming pool will be temporarily closed for essential exterior building maintenance and cleaning from 1st November to 22nd November 2024 (inclusive).
The maintenance work will be carried out from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and there may be some noise during these times.
We sincerely apologize any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.
