Orchard Grand Court serviced apartment

 

 

Minimum Stay

  • A minimum stay of seven days is required.

House Rules

  • Events, Gatherings & Celebrations: This property does not permit events, gatherings, or celebrations in guest rooms or the pool area.
  • Non-Smoking Policy: This property is designated as a non-smoking premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Any additional cleaning required as a result of unauthorized smoking will be subject to charges.
  • No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Durian Restriction: Durian is not allowed anywhere on the property due to its strong odor.

Check-in / Check-out Times

  • Check-in: After 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

Guarantee Booking

  • Reservations must be guaranteed by cash, credit card, or company guarantee.
  • Some promotional rates / long-term rates may require an advanced deposit or full payment, either by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • A one-night room charge applies for no-show or cancellations made less than one week before arrival.
  • For non-refundable promotional rates/ long-term rates, the above policy does not apply.

Payment

  • Bookings up to one month: Full payment of the room rental must be made prior to or at check-in.
  • Bookings exceeding one month: Full payment for the first month’s rental must be made prior to or at check-in.

Prices

  • Rental prices are displayed in local currency, inclusive of utilities and subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • All other charges are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing GST.
  • Prices stated are subject to change without prior notice.

Incidental Deposit

  • A S$300 incidental deposit will be collected upon check-in by cash or credit card.
  • The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Minimum Check-in Age

  • Guests must be 18 years old or above to check in.

ID Requirement

  • For security purposes, a valid photo identification (passport) is required at check-in.

Child Policy

  • One child (5 years old & below) stays free of charge when using existing beds.

Amendments to Length of Stay After Arrival

  • Shortening of stay must be informed at least seven days in advance, failing which a full rental charge of six nights will apply.
  • Different conditions may apply to Promotional Rates / Long term rates, which will prevail over the above conditions.
  • Extension requests should be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

Cleaning Services

  • Cleaning services are provided Monday to Friday, except Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Additional cleaning on Weekends or Public Holidays is available at S$50++ per service.

Front Office / Concierge

  • Our Front Office, Security/Concierge, and Maintenance team are available 24/7 to assist you.

Car Parking

  • Complimentary car parking is available for registered guests, limited to one parking space per room.

Facilities

  • All guests can enjoy and access the facilities while staying with us
  • Complimentary WiFi is available for all guests. By using the network, guests agree to our Internet Terms & Conditions.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area for hygiene and safety reasons.

Guest Obligations

  • Guests are kindly requested to review the apartment inventory upon arrival. If there are any discrepancies, missing, or damaged items, please inform the Front Office within 24 hours of check-in. Otherwise, it will be considered that the inventory is in good condition.
  • An inventory check will be conducted within 24 hours after departure. Any missing or damaged items, as well as the need for extensive cleaning, may result in additional charges.

Security & Responsibility

  • Despite the stringent protective security measures that have been put in place, the apartment will not assume any responsibility for your security and will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions in or around the apartment due to personal negligence.

WiFi Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the WiFi service provided by Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptable Use:

  • The WiFi service is provided for the use of our guests and is intended for basic activities such as browsing, checking emails, and social networking.
  • Any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized use of the internet connection, including downloading or distributing illegal content, hacking, spamming, or other actions that violate local laws, is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
  • You are accountable for all activities conducted under your login credentials.
  • You must not share your login details with others who are not authorized to use the service.

Network Security:

  • Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of the network; however, we do not guarantee the complete security of your data while using the WiFi service.
  • You are advised to take precautions when transmitting sensitive or personal information over the internet, as Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd is not responsible for any loss or theft of data.

Bandwidth and Service Limitations:

  • WiFi access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We may impose bandwidth limitations or restrict access to ensure fair usage and availability for all guests.
  • Connectivity and speed may vary depending on network traffic, device compatibility, or service provider issues.

Monitoring and Usage:

  • Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd reserves the right to monitor internet usage for security purposes and to ensure compliance with these terms.
  • Your internet activity may be logged, and inappropriate use could lead to suspension or termination of access.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use or inability to use the WiFi service.
  • We are not responsible for any viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may be encountered while using the network.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Accessing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal websites is strictly forbidden.
  • Engaging in any form of harassment, defamation, or violation of privacy through the network is not allowed.
  • Attempting to disrupt the service, tamper with the equipment, or bypass security measures is prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • Orchard Grand Court Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the WiFi service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
