Scheduled Power Shutdown

Date & Time: Thursday, September 4, 2025, 22:00 hrs to Friday, September 5, 2025, 06:00 hrs.

Dear Valued Guest,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming scheduled power shutdown at Orchard Grand Court as part of essential maintenance work to ensure the continued reliability of our electrical systems.

The power shutdown will take place from September 4^th at 22:00hrs until September 5^th at 06:00hrs.

This shutdown is necessary for our maintenance team to carry out essential work on the Electrical Emergency Main Switchboard (EMSB).

As a result, power supply to guest rooms, corridors, air conditioning, and hot water supply will be temporarily unavailable. However, emergency lighting and exit lights in guest rooms and corridors will remain operational.

Please be assured that your safety and security are our top priorities. Our staff and security personnel will be available to assist you during this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will do our best to minimize the length of the disruption.
