The minimum stay for short-term bookings (licensed as a Serviced Apartment) is 7 days and 6 nights.

The rental covers utilities and a fully furnished apartment with essential furniture, kitchen appliances, an induction cooktop, cooker hood, an in-unit washer/dryer, and coffee/tea-making facilities. Complimentary daily buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, and parking are included.

Housekeeping is available Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Additional housekeeping sessions can be arranged at S$50 per session.

No, Pets are not permitted in the apartments.

Yes, but they must register at reception. A limit may apply to the number of overnight guests per apartment, subject to specific policies and charges.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please check with the Concierge.
