Minimum Stay
Minimum seven days stay required.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or any type of parties in the guest rooms or pool area.
Check-in/ Check-out times
Check-in time is after 2.00 pm and checkout before 12.00 pm.
Guarantee Booking
Reservation must be guaranteed by cash or credit card.
Some promotional rates may require an advanced deposit or full payment, either by cash or credit card.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
One night room rate will be charged for no-show or cancellation received one week prior to arrival date. For the non-refundable promotional rates, above policy will not apply.
Payment
1) For booking up to one month, full payment of the room rental must be paid prior to or at check in.
2) For booking exceeding one month & above, full payment of the one month rental must be paid prior to or at check in.
Prices
Rental prices are shown in local currency, inclusive of utilities and subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
All other charges are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
All the prices stated are subject to changes without prior notice.
Incidental Deposit
Incidental Deposit Charges of S$300 will be collected upon check in by cash or credit card.
The deposit is fully-refundable upon check out, is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Minimum check in age
18 years old.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification (passport) is required at check-in.
Child Policy
One child 5 years old & below stay is free of charge when using existing beds.
Amendments of Length of Stay after Arrival.
Any shortening of stay must be informed seven days in advance, failing which full rental of six nights will be charged.
Different conditions may apply for Promotional rates, will prevailed on the above conditions.
If you wish to extend the period of your stay please notify us as soon as possible. Extension of your booking period is subject to availability.
Cleaning Services
Cleaning services are available daily from Monday to Friday except Weekend and Public Holidays. Request for additional cleaning for Weekend and Public Holidays are chargeable at S$50++ per service.
Non-Smoking
This property is designated as a non-smoking premises. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Any additional cleaning required as a result of unauthorized smoking will be subject to charges.
Front Office / Concierge
Our Front Office and Concierge staff will be available 24 hours for your assistance.
Car Parking
Complimentary car parking is available for registered guests.
Facilities
All guest will enjoy free WIFI and access to the facilities while staying with us.
Please note that food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area.
Guest Obligations
Guest must check the inventory displayed in each apartment. If you notice any anomaly, missing or damage object please report to our front office within 24 hours of arriving. Otherwise it is agreed that everything is in order within the apartment.
An inventory check will be made within 24 hours after your departure. We will charge accordingly should there be any damage or missing items. This also applies to extensive cleaning charges as a result of your stay.
Security / Responsibility
Despite the stringent protective security measures that have been put in place, the apartment will not assume any responsibility for your security and will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your possessions in or around the apartment due to personal negligence.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises.
